In a world where vulnerable voices go unheard, Hold My Hands Organization Trust stands as a beacon of hope and justice, championing the rights and dignity of society’s most at- risk individuals. Established and registered in Kenya, we are a non-governmental organization is dedicated to transforming lives by addressing critical issues pertaining to education through collaboration with thematic areas such as children’s disability rights, climate change and gender-based violence. Beyond these, we work tirelessly to promote governance, transparency, and social equity.

Our journey stems from a single act of kindness - a tutoring and mentorship experience with one young student. This small beginning sparked a movement that has reached students across Kenya, To date, Hold My hands Organization has secured education for over 70 children through its Adopt a child program, enabling many of them to progress to secondary school and university providing holistic support that goes beyond education to include mentorship, family support, and community advocacy. Through advocacy, education, and unwavering support, Hold My Hands Organization Trust is building a future where every child can dream, learn, and thrive in a world rooted in justice and equality.

Our commitment to inclusion, integrity, and transformation reflects in every project initiative, creating an impact that resonates in communities across Kenya and beyond.

Our innovative Adopt- a- Child mentorship model connects these children with professional mentors, creating a network of financial, emotional, and academic support that empowers each child to reach their full potential and ultimately fulfill destiny.

Our impact spans several counties, including Nairobi, Kitui, Machakos, Bungoma, Homa Bay – Ndhiwa, and Nakuru/Kericho, where we partner with schools in informal settlements and rural areas to identify and support underprivileged children within marginalized communities.

Driven by a mission “to implement quality, strategic, child-oriented programs that advance access to holistic education for an invigorate society,” Hold My Hands Organization Trust focus on empowering the next generation with the skills and support needed to break the cycle of poverty.

Currently we have partnered and collaborated with other like-minded organizations, such as Furaha Community Foundation, Launch Gurls, Edgame, Hope for Her Global, and Climate Change Connect, we continue to expand our reach, tackling social challenges through grassroots family advocacy, community training, and youth- centered mentorship programs. Through partnerships with community leaders, families, and local institutions, we’ve also conducted over 20 workshops and advocacy programs, reaching thousands and fostering a culture of support for children’s education and rights.

Our approach is holistic and deeply rooted in community collaboration. By building  a strong foundation for each child and fostering a culture of empowerment, Hold My Hands Organization Trust transforms lives, ensuring that the dreams of Kenya’s youth are not limited by their circumstances. Together with communities, mentors, and partners, we are rewriting the future;- One Child, One community at a time.
