At Hold My Hand Organization, we believe that empowering young girls

in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is not

just a choice-it’s a necessity for building a better future.

This year’s theme, Unpacking STEM Careers: Her Voice in Science, is a

call to action to break barriers and amplify the voices of young women in

fields that shape our world. STEM careers are more than jobs- they’re opportunities

shape the future. However, gender stereotypes and systematic barriers have long
